RBA is collecting food/supplies for the Baptist Children’s Home.
Deliver to the side entrance of the Raleigh Baptist Association – 820 S New Hope Road, Raleigh.
8:00 am – 4:30 pm

(Community Action Targeting Children who are Homeless)
This is a part of the Salvation Army.
There are approximately 5,000 homeless children in Wake County alone. Project CATCH provides services and advocates for children experiencing homelessness and works with 11 area homeless shelters and programs to ensure that they are able to correctly identify and address the specific needs of the children in their care.
After School Tutoring: Help kids with their homework! They’ll gain knowledge, but just as importantly, confidence in their academic abilities.
Monday-Friday: 4:30pm-6pm; Must be at least 15 years old
Shelter Mentor & Tutor: Help children in the shelter with their homework, but more importantly serve as a positive role model to a child in need.
Monday & Thursday, 6:45pm-8:15pm; Must be at least 18 years old
Welcome Kits: Provide a sense of warmth and small comfort to the families entering the shelter.

Donation Drive: Help us help others. Collect needed items like food, clothing, & hygiene products for this program!

Help is needed in the following areas:
Donation Door Attendance
The attendant is needed for Saturdays only to receive donations, assist donors, sort donations
and help with recycling.
This person will help sort, organize, hang and price clothing donations.
A bagger is needed weekday afternoons and Saturday anytime to help cashier bag items, clean
and organize cash register area and assist customers with jewelry.

Wheels4Hope is a local, faith-based car donation program. Donated cars are repaired and placed by referral with hard-working individuals on the path to self-sufficiency.
