Part Time Receptionist

Forest Hills Baptist Church, Raleigh is seeking a part time (20 hours per week) receptionist. This position is responsible for warmly greeting and welcoming persons personally or via telephone, answering questions and/or referring inquiries, updating ACS database, and general administrative support as time allows. The receptionist will notify church personnel of visitor arrival; operate the security and telecommunications systems, including allowing entrance of visitors and members to the building. This person also will exercise judgment regarding allowing entrance to the building.  The receptionist will assist members with requests for assistance. Other duties include assisting with administrative projects such as copying, stuffing envelopes, maintaining an employee and department directory.  Please send resume to Forest Hills Baptist Church at dixie.trail@yahoo.com.   For more information, see this job description.

Part-Time Youth Minister

Children Minister Announcement

Macedonia Baptist Church, Raleigh/Cary, NC, seeks a part-time (20 hour per week) Children's' Minister for Birth to Middle School students.  Duties will include but not limited to Sunday school, Wednesday evening Mission night, children targeted activities, outreach, special programs and retreats.  We are looking for a dynamic person who can relate well to children, is God-directed and has a mature faith with the ability to communicate that faith to the children.  This person should view this position as an opportunity to grow the Christian faith in children and involve them in the broader ministry of Macedonia Baptist Church.  The ideal candidate will have a four-year college degree, experience and a passion for working with birth to middle school students.

Music Minister

Macedonia Baptist Church, Raleigh/Cary, NC seeks a part-time (20 hour per week) Minister of Music.  This position will be responsible for coordinating the overall music program for the church inclusive of planning, conducting, scheduling and evaluating the music ministry of the church.  The primary responsibility will be to coordinate all music related activities for the church. The candidate is strongly encouraged to have a Bachelor’s Degree in music education with emphasis on church music or equivalent experience, strong familiarity with all types of church music, vocal performance skills and is expected to be a team player.
