Ministerial-Administrative Assistant/Office Manager

Good Hope Baptist Church (GHBC), Cary, NC has an opening for a full-time
Ministerial-Administrative Assistant/Office Manager.

The ideal candidate must be a mature Christian who will not only represent Jesus Christ but Good Hope Baptist Church as well. You must be an active member of a local church, pleasant, discreet, tactful, and capable of honoring confidential communications, along with excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills.

The candidate must have the ability to and is comfortable with sharing the plan of salvation with someone who comes into the office.

Primary duties will include but are not limited to aiding staff and church members, maintaining church management software, church communications including social media, keeping the calendars updated, room scheduling, electronic door system, creating, and maintaining church documents, ordering supplies and literature.
