The Mobile Dental & Health Screening Ministries of NC Baptists on Mission are looking for both CDL and non-CDL drivers.

Training:
The sponsoring church or organization is responsible for enlisting volunteer dentists and medical professionals from their area. Our drivers and hosts remain with the mobile unit throughout the clinic.
These buses are a vital outreach tool, helping churches share the love of Christ while meeting real physical needs.

The Mobile Dental & Health Screening Ministries of NC Baptists on Mission are looking for both CDL and non-CDL drivers.
About the role of a driver:
- Transport the mobile units from Cary, NC to churches or other sponsoring organizations hosting FREE dental and/or health clinics across our state.
- Clinics may run anywhere from a half-day up to five days and can take place anywhere in North Carolina.
- Set up the bus (similar to a camper), ensuring it is level and ready for the event.
- Un-bungee and prepare the dental/medical equipment for volunteers.
- During the clinic, assist hosts as needed, rest, fellowship, and be available for prayer and encouragement.
- Return the mobile unit to Cary after the clinic.
- Drivers are provided overnight accommodations by the sponsoring church/organization and reimbursed for meals (unless meals are provided).
- An honorarium of $100 is paid for each clinic day of work.
About the role of a host:
- Prepare computers and handle paperwork with the church.
- On the dental bus, sterilize instruments and support the dental team.
- Serve alongside the driver and volunteers to ensure the clinic runs smoothly.
Training:
- Orientation and training are provided for all new drivers.
- Training begins with an orientation at the convention building.
- New drivers are expected to work alongside a current driver for at least 2–3 clinics before being assigned a clinic on their own.
