Our Donor Services team is looking for a Donor Care Specialist to join their team, providing exceptional donor care, personalized communications, and accurate donor record management to help advance the ministry's mission worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send personalized donor acknowledgements, memorial and honor gift correspondence, pledge letters, and other donor communications.
• Respond to donor inquiries and requests via phone, email, and mail with professionalism, care, and sensitivity.
• Maintain and update donor records, including contact information, giving history, mailing preferences, and account coding.
• Process donor receipts, returned mail, subscriptions, and special donor-related requests.
• Support donor stewardship efforts by preparing sympathy correspondence, prayer request reports, welcome packets, and ministry resources.
• Assist with administrative and operational projects, including database management, reporting, ledger reconciliation support, and mail production processes.
