Music/Family Minister - Ephesus Baptist Church

Ephesus Baptist Church, Raleigh, North Carolina affiliated with the Raleigh Baptist Association and the Southern Baptist Convention is prayerfully seeking a full- time Music/Family Ministry employee for our church of 80-100 attendees. The church owns a piano, organ, and a keyboard.

Job Description:

• In consultation with the pastor, plan, coordinate and direct music that will compliment the Sunday morning worship service, including congregational, choir, individual, group and instrumental participation; using traditional, gospel, blended and contemporary songs. 
• Select music and rehearse with the Choir weekly prior to Sunday services. 
• Provide and coordinate music, music CD’s, etc., to be used in the worship service with the Audio/Visual Committee. 
• In consultation with the pastor, assist and lead the church body in outreach, setting up in-home bible studies and children and youth programs, etc. 
• Seeking a Christian with a college degree and prior experience in church music and ministry. 
• Competitive Salary will be discussed at time of interview.
