Minister of Music - Neill's Creek Baptist

Neill’s Creek Baptist Church is a long-established, biblically grounded, and growing multi-generational congregation located off NC Hwy 210 between Lillington and Angier in Harnett County, North Carolina. We are a relational, community-oriented, and mission-minded church family, averaging around 200 in Sunday worship. Our worship is rooted in Scripture and reflects a traditional Baptist style, featuring hymns accompanied by piano and organ. Services are also livestreamed on our YouTube channel. We believe worship should uplift God’s people as we gather in His house and also equip us to go forth and live on mission for Christ each week. Our desire is to be a spiritual home where people can belong, grow, serve, and reach out to others in Jesus’ name. Dr. Chris Turner has faithfully served as our Senior Pastor since 2011. We are prayerfully seeking our next Minister of Music; a leader who will guide congregational worship, direct our adult choir, and help expand our music ministry (with potential areas including handbells and children’s choir). Our volunteer choir of about 20 voices leads worship weekly and presents seasonal cantatas at Easter and Christmas. We seek a music minister who will joyfully support our mission of worshiping God, making disciples, and ministering to people in need. As a part time position, the average number of hours will be approximately 20 hours per week.
