Pastor - Hillcrest Baptist Church

Hillcrest Baptist Church is a small Southern Baptist church in Raleigh, N.C. We are seeking a full-time or part-time pastor who is a born-again believer that stands in agreement with the "Baptist Faith & Message 2000." Currently, average church attendance is 20 with a mostly senior congregation. Ten years ago, we averaged around 50 with a multigenerational congregation. The pastor God has chosen for Hillcrest will be dedicated to the spiritual and numerical growth of the congregation. Major duties will include shepherding members, leading ministries geared toward growth, conducting Sunday morning services, and weekly Bible study. Will conduct weddings, funerals, etc., upon request. 
Must be ordained with at least some college, preferably seminary or Bible college.
